ABSTRACT:

The advent of the Token Economy will have dispruptive effects on the real estate sector. The tokenization of physical real estate opens up the possibility of democratizing access to real estate, thanks to the lower cost and less bureaucracy that will follow with the use of blockchain.
However will this really be the case? Or will only the big players and the speculative markets be favoured?
There have been several experiments carried out in various parts of the world, and there is no shortage of original projects and ideas.
However like any new technology, this also involves a series of legal issues, starting with the legal qualification of the token, which is linked to the exact identification of its content and functions, as well as the legal relationships between the different stakeholders in the sector.
